Check-in/Check-out

Check-in is after 16:00 and check-out is before 10:00. We do not accept a late check-out.

 

 

Information required for your stay

”Name”, ”Address”, ”Occupation”, ”Gender”, ”Date of birth”, ”Age”, ”Nationality”, ”Previous stop*”, ”Next destination *”, ”Passport number *” are required. Please check the message we send you after the reservation and complete the entry before your check-in. Without the entry upon your check in, you will be asked to fill in the information to the self-check-in facility when you receive the key.

Long term stay

Long-term stays over 28 days are also available. Please contact us in advance.
In addition, the rules for long-term stays are different from the normal cancellation policy. Please check the following for details.

We do not refill shampoo, conditioner, body soap, etc. Please provide your own.

 

 

Garbage collection during the stay

All garbage will be collected after your check-out.
Due to regulations, the local garbage collection site is not available for our guests.
Guests staying 4 nights or more may place trash in the garbage bin during their stay on the following days/times:
Burnable trash: Every Wednesday.

 

 

Receiving post / delivery

We do not provide a mailbox or delivery box at our property. Please receive them at your own risk after check-in. We do not support the luggage arrival confirmation and do not accept luggage delivery on behalf of our guests. The room numbers for each room are as follows. When ordering mail or parcel delivery, please indicate the room number in the address instead of the room name.

Visitors entering our guest rooms

We do not allow visitors to enter our guest rooms. If we find it, the accommodation fee for the number of visitors will be charged.

 

Request for cooperation in locking and crime prevention during your stay

When you go out during your stay, please make sure to lock the guest rooms and balconies for the security purpose. We are not responsible for any burglary or theft damage in the room during your stay. Also, please close the windows when it is raining or storming.
If a security alarm system or a fire alarm is turned on in the building, our security guards may enter the room to confirm the safety.

Internet

We provide free Wi-Fi in our guest rooms. The internet speed is 1Gbps without any limit. Please feel free to use it during your stay.

 

Changing the number of nights

If you request to change the number of nights during your stay, please let us know via Airbnb message by 17:00, 2 days prior to the scheduled check out date. 
For the requests submitted after this time, please be noted that a cleaning cancellation fee (same amount as the cleaning fee) will be charged. 
*For the requests submitted after 17:00, the submission date is considered as the following day.

 

Cancellation

If you request cancellation within 48 hours of the reservation and 14 days prior to the date of arrival, we accept cancellation free of charge. 
After this time, we refund 50% of the room rate minus the service fee if you request cancellation 7 days prior to the date of arrival.

Smoking

Smoking is prohibited inside of our rooms. Please refrain from smoking (including electronic cigarettes) and cigars. In case any evidence of smoking inside of the room is found, we will charge you an extra cleaning fee. An ashtray is available on the balcony. Please kindly consider other guests and neighbors when smoking. 

 

Pets

Pets are not allowed in the guest rooms, buildings or balconies.

 

Inquiries

Our property is managed by the operating company.
Regarding the variety of inquiries including the reservation received after 18:00, please be noted that we may respond to you after 09:00 the following day.
