Do you have staff at your property?
We do not have onsite staff inside of our building.
The tablets are only able to call during check-in.

Can we extend our stay?
We may be able to accept it. Please contact us in advance.
Which areas are we allowed to enter?
You can enter and use the common areas such as the entrance, elevator, corridor and the guest rooms you are staying in. Please do not enter the floors where you are not staying.
Until what time is the check-in available?
You can check in anytime after 17:00, however, we recommend our guests to check-in until 21:00.
How do we check-in / check-out as you do not have a front desk?
You will process check-in / check-out by using the self check-in system (tablet) installed at the entrance of our property. For details, please take a look at the welcome guide we send you in advance.
Can I leave my luggage before check-in?
You can leave your luggage after 13:00 on the date of arrival. If the cleaning is completed, you can use the room. If the cleaning is not completed, you can only leave your luggage. We appreciate it if you gather your luggage together without opening them then.
For hygiene reasons, “Refrigerator with freezer”, “Washing machine”, “Dryer”, “Microwave”, “Kitchen”, “Bathroom / Toilet”, etc. cannot be used before check-in time.
What is the closest station?
The closest station from our property is Keikyu Airport Line “Kojiya station” (about 450m / about 5 minute walk) and Keikyu Main Line “Keikyu Kamata station” (about 550m / about 7 minute walk). “Kojiya station” is the closest station from our property. “Keikyu Kamata station” is a convenient station as a limited express stop.

Is the long term stay available?
We also accept reservations over 28 days. In order to ensure a comfortable stay for our long term guests, we provide a large size 70L trash box on the balcony. A vacuum cleaner is also installed in the common area (near the stairs) on the 1st floor for our guests. *Please dispose of the dust inside the vacuum cleaner after using it and return it to its original position.

Can we receive mail or parcel delivery?
Yes, you can. However, we do not provide a mailbox or delivery box and also we do not have onsite staff at our property. Please arrange and receive the mail and parcel delivery by yourself. The room numbers for each room are as follows.
